Purpose and legal basis for processing personal data The processing of personal data, in the extent of the phone number, email address ("hereinafter" Personal Data"), which are necessary for communication and proper handling of queries from the online form, and for such processing, the consent of the data subject is not required. If Personal Data is not provided, the service cannot be performed.
Further, personal data are processed to the extent of IP address and statistics on website usage.
The purpose of processing Personal Data is in particular:
- communication with the user
- basic analytics of visitor behavior on the website
Personal data will be stored for the purposes of potential disputes, or for reasons of compliance with legislative requirements given by local legislation, or EU legislation.
At the same time, we explicitly ask that you do not share information about your health status and other data falling into the category of sensitive data in your communication. We never ask for such data and it is not in our interest to process these personal data in any way. However, if the customer voluntarily shares this information during communication despite this warning and thus makes it publicly known, he/she does so at his/her own risk.
Rights of the data subject You are entitled to request access to personal data, correction or deletion of personal data, as well as limitation of personal data processing. You have the right to object to the processing of Personal Data and the right to the portability of Personal Data. All these rights can be exercised in written or electronic form via the above contact details. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office in relation to the processing of Personal Data.
